Terms & Conditions qb838 – A Guide to Malaysia's Sports Betting Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this qb838 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions have the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" — refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the qb838 platform.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) held in your qb838 account at any given time.

• "Bonus" — any cash, free credits, or other benefits granted by qb838 to members subject to specified conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity verification process required by qb838 before any withdrawal is processed.

2 Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the qb838 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration. qb838 takes the protection of minors seriously.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Register one account only — strictly ONE account per individual permitted. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in all accounts being suspended.

• Not be on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list imposed by any recognised body.

3 qb838 Member Account

Your qb838 account is entirely your own responsibility. The following terms and obligations apply to account management:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qb838 account password and login credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility unless you promptly report any unauthorised use to the qb838 support team.
• Your qb838 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or grant access to your account to any other party.
• The balance in your qb838 account does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another member's account.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Qb838 supports all major Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed within 30 seconds once confirmation has been received from the payment provider.
• The payment method used for deposits must be in the registered member's name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• qb838 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made from suspicious sources or linked to illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Qb838 is committed to processing all withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request.
• Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet.
• The first withdrawal from a new account may require KYC verification (identity documents) before it can be processed.
• The withdrawal account must be in the same name as the registered qb838 account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• qb838 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal while an investigation is ongoing if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Qb838 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions, which must be fully met before any withdrawal can be made:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement as specified in their respective promotion terms. These requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The qb838 welcome bonus of up to RM888 is subject to a 15x wagering requirement on the total bonus received.
• A daily sports rebate of 0.5% and a weekly cashback of 5% are calculated automatically and credited every Monday with no additional wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per member — attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in suspension of all accounts involved.
• qb838 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count towards the wagering requirement for sports bonuses unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

7 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the qb838 platform — whether on sports (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket), Live Casino, lottery, e-sports, or otherwise — are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless the event is called off or postponed by the official organiser.
• qb838 reserves the right to void or amend bets in the event of a clear odds error resulting from a technical fault or data entry mistake.
• For sporting events postponed by more than 24 hours, all active bets will be refunded to the member's account balance.
• Official results declared by recognised sports governing bodies (e.g. FIFA, Badminton Malaysia, BCCI for cricket) are final for the purpose of settling bets on qb838.
• For casino games and lotteries, results displayed on the qb838 platform after each round or draw are final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qb838 platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access the qb838 platform without authorisation.
• Manipulating or attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the qb838 platform.
• Owning or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or unfair advantages.
• Using the qb838 platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the outcome of bets or games in any form.
• Using insider information not available to the public to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting on qb838.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing qb838 staff or other members through any communication channel.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

A qb838 account may be terminated or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: You may close your qb838 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of identity verification.
• At qb838's discretion: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or conducts activities that are harmful to the platform or other members.
• Self-exclusion: Members who apply for self-exclusion for responsible betting reasons will have their request processed within 24 hours and it cannot be reversed during the requested period.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts showing no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5, which will be deducted from the account balance.

10 qb838 Liability Limits

Qb838 shall not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• Losses or damages arising from technical disruptions, temporary downtime, or service failures beyond qb838's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any betting decisions made based on information or analysis provided by the qb838 platform — all betting decisions are the member's sole personal responsibility.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the qb838 platform — including but not limited to the qb838 logo, interface design, text, graphics, images, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of qb838 or its licensors, and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Members are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any qb838 content without prior written consent.
• Using the "qb838" brand name in any marketing material, website, or social media without authorisation constitutes a trademark infringement.

12 Amendments & Changes to Terms

Qb838 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The notification procedure is as follows:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification on qb838 at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the qb838 platform after the terms have been updated constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this Terms & Conditions page for your reference.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to the operation of the qb838 platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the qb838 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
